You will need to line up with your vehicle to enter the loading area.

 

You will be directed in by an Anime Arizona staff member.

If you do not need to load in with a vehicle, please enter through the front of the Mesa Convention Center.

 

After you're directed to drive inside the loading area to park and unload, please visit the vendor check-in table located inside the convention center loading area.

 

At check-in, you will receive your vendor badges and be directed to your space by a staff member.

 

After check-in, you will have 25 minutes of loading area time to unload your vehicle.

 

Once you are unloaded, you will need to leave the loading area and find parking outside the loading area.

 

You can re-enter with your vendor badge to start your set-up.

 

There is plenty of public parking around and in front of the Mesa Convention Center.

 

We recommend vendors bring some form of covering to place over their table and products when your space is unattended.

 

Both Saturday and Sunday, we will be open for early entry at 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM for vendors and artists.

 

Show Hours:
Saturday: VIP entry at 9:00 AM, General Admission at 10:00 AM, Closing at 7:00 PM
Sunday: VIP entry at 9:00 AM, General Admission at 10:00 AM, Closing at 6:00 PM

 

Please note that our doors will open at 10:00 AM for general admission. You will not be allowed to have any product or items that block the aisles after 9:00 AM on either day.

 

You are not allowed to load out on Sunday until you are directed that it's clear to do so by an Anime Arizona representative.
